Paul is our firm’s founder and managing attorney. He has over thirty years experience in criminal investigations and law enforcement. He is ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you. He is a former Acting Assistant Prosecutor/Special Deputy Attorney General, in Union County, New Jersey; a former Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York; former Associate Legal Counsel to the FBI and a decorated former FBI Special Agent. He also previously served as a Criminal Defense Attorney and the Director of Investigations at the Blanch Law Firm, and as a Senior Corporate Investigator at Labaton Sucharow.
Paul is graduate of Fordham Law School and Penn State University (Accounting). Paul is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the Federal Courts of: The District of New Jersey, The Eastern District of New York, and the The Southern District of New York.
Daniel L. Bibb, is Of Counsel and our Firm’s Senior Trial
Consultant. Dan has over 35 years experience in criminal litigation at the state and federal level. He began his career in 1982 as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of then New York County District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau. Mr. Bibb worked his way up in that office to become one of only a dozen prosecutors to be named Senior Trial Counsel in an office of over 500 attorneys. Mr. Bibb has tried over 120 criminal matters to verdict as a prosecutor and defense attorney. As a former prosecutor he has a unique insight into the mindset of the prosecutor and can often be one step ahead. Mr. Bibb is a tough and effective negotiator and has been very successful negotiating favorable dispositions for his clients. If negotiations fail, however, he has the knowledge, skill, dedication and courtroom savy to try any criminal matter.
